‘Error: The user already exists in another organization’ when Adding a User in Control Hub-Webex
When attempting to add a user in Control Hub, you may see the error message “Error: The user already exists in another organization.”
If you try to add a user to Control Hub and get an error message that says “The user already exists in another organization,” it means that the user you want to add already exists in another organization.
The fact that the individual in question is using a free consumer account for Webex or Webex Meetings is the root cause of this problem the vast majority of the time.
Getting rid of the free consumer trial account is the solution to the problem. Take away a Customer Organization from the Cisco Webex Control Hub.
Try adding the user again in Control Hub once the free user account has been removed from the system.
Note: It is impossible for a user to belong to more than one organization using the same email address.
