Error: ‘Your Account doesn’t have WebACD Privilege. Please Contact Your Site Administrator.’ in webex
Cause:
This error could appear for the CSR if the host account that they are using does not have WebACD privileges.
Solution:
Site Administration
Site Administrators Only
In order to grant a user access to WebACD features through Site Admin:
- Please ensure that you are logged in to the Webex Site Administration page. (Example: SITENAME.Webex.com/admin.php)
- Select User Management from the menu on the left side of the navigation bar.
- Click Edit User.
- Click the Search button after you have entered your search parameters into the User name: or Email: area.
- To change users, click the link of the user you want to change.
- Scroll down until you reach the section labeled “WebACD Preferences:.”
- Mark the appropriate box forThe user in question is an agent. X is the maximum number of concurrent sessions that this agent is able to manage at once.
- Define the maximum number of active sessions that a user can have at once.
- If you are using a Support Center WebACD agent, make sure that the box next to Available to accept Remote Support inbound requests is checked.

- Mark the appropriate box forEither manually designate each queue for Remote Support or use the button labeled “Select Queues” to choose which queues the agent will be monitoring automatically.

- Scroll all the way down the page, then click the Update button when you get there.
Control Hub
Control Hub Administrators only
In order to grant a user specific WebACD permissions through Control Hub:
- Please ensure that you are logged in to the Cisco Webex Control Hub (https://admin.webex.com).
- To access your account, select User from the menu on the left.
- Followed by clicking the search button, enter your search parameters into the User name: or Email: area.
- To make a modification, click on the user.
- Meetings can be found if you look under Services.
- To access the site’s URL, click here.
- To access the advanced user settings and tracking codes, scroll down until you reach the bottom of the page, then click the link that appears there.
The page for advanced user options loads in a new browser tab.
- Simply scroll down until you reach the section labeled “WebACD Preferences.”
