Error: The Webex service site that you provide is inaccessible. When using the Outlook integration, please double check both the URL and your network connection.
My Outlook Integration is unable to connect to my Webex server.
Cause:
When Outlook Integration is unable to successfully establish a connection with the Webex site (for example, SITENAME.webex.com), an error of this nature will appear. The following are some potential causes for this:
- Network connectivity issue.
- Configuration issue in Outlook integration.
- Webex Desktop App Plug-In failure.
Solution:
To troubleshoot the issue:
1 Make an effort to get into the Webex site for your organization (for example, https://SITENAME.webex.com) by going to the site directly through a web browser.
- Please contact Webex Technical Support for more assistance if you are unable to access the site directly but are able to view other external web sites (such as http://www.google.com).
- Please get in touch with the information technology department of your organization or your internet service provider if you are unable to access any external websites.
2 Make sure that your network and/or proxy server is set up to permit Webex traffic,

4 If you are unable to access the site using the Outlook plugin (Productivity Tools or the Webex Meetings Desktop App), but you are able to access the Webex site via the browser, please check the configuration of the Webex Desktop App Outlook Integration plug-in by performing the steps that are listed below:
- Open Outlook.
- Click the Webex or Schedule Meeting option on the Outlook Integration toolbar, then pick Account Settings from the drop-down menu that appears.
- Check to see that the information that is listed in the field labeled “Webex site address” is accurate. Your Webex site should be accessed through the URL syntax of SITENAME.webex.com. Please double check that the address does not begin with “www” and that “https://” rather than “http://” comes before the address in the beginning of the address.
