Expert on Demand Join a meeting in webex

There is an option for you to join a group meeting that is currently taking place.

Join an ongoing meeting in a group space

• On your home screen, select Spaces from the list of options.

There is a list of all meetings that are currently in progress.

• Select Item and then the meeting number beside the one you wish to join by saying Select Item and the meeting number.
• You will be asked to join the call.

Join a scheduled meeting

In order to notify you before the start of a meeting, an icon is displayed at the top of your screen.

• During the meeting, you can choose to join early by saying Join Call.

• The notification will be dismissed when you say Ignore Call.

It is also possible to see, before the meeting is scheduled to begin, a countdown timer next to the space of the person’s name, or next to the person’s name:

Moreover, you can also attend meetings that you have been invited to attend, which are held in Personal Meeting Rooms (PMR) or Collaboration Meeting Rooms (CMR).

• Select Meetings from the home screen of the app.

You will be able to see all upcoming and ongoing meetings on this page.

• Select Item and then the meeting number beside the one you wish to join by saying Select Item and the meeting number.
• You will be asked to join the call.
