Exporting Zoom Events reports
In Zoom Events, the event reports can be used to collect information about registrants, the performance of the event, ticket sales, registration management, hub followers, and the responses to polls and surveys. Reports allow Hosts to generate different types of metrics and information reports based on their hosting environment. A CSV file can be exported from the reports in order to analyze them further.

How to export registration management reports
Export a list of registrants
It is possible to download the CSV file for any Zoom Event, and the host is also able to export the list of registrants for that event.

Export registrant order information
It is possible to export the order information for registrants when you use Zoom Events registration management. If you would like more information concerning how to export the information on registrant orders, please visit the support article. In the event creation flow, you will find the Analytics section (Host Analytics Dashboard), where you will be able to access reports about the performance of your event. There are a variety of metrics included in the summary reports including dimensions from the Event Details Page, the Event Lobby, the Event Sessions, the Event Expo, the Event Sponsors, and the Event Source Tracking. You can download several different reports relating to your event that are related to your event by using the Download CSV function in the Host Analytics Dashboard, as well as several different reports about your event that are related to your event. A ZIP file, which will contain all the individual reports found in the Dashboard, can also be downloaded if you prefer, which will download as one file containing all the individual reports found in the Dashboard. Also, the following reports can be downloaded using the function ‘Download CSV’ to retrieve registrant metrics from the following databases using the function ‘Download CSV’ to retrieve the following registrant metrics: Chat Transcript Registration Report Event Attendance Details Expo Attendance by Sponsor Please refer to the support article titled “Downloading Different Registrant Reports in a CSV Format” for more information regarding how to download different reports on registrants in a CSV format. The Registration and Ticketing tab provides metrics such as attendee registration and ticket sales as well as the Event Detail Page for the event. At bottom of the page, click Download CSV. Then, select which report(s) you want to download: Event Details Page: This includes all the metrics that can be found on the Event Details Page. Event Source Tracking: The Event Source Tracking includes all the metrics that are associated with the Event Source Tracking. You will find all the metrics for all the sessions of your event on this tab. In the session details section, click Download CSV. Finally, choose which report(s) you wish to download from the list of reports: Event Sessions: Within this category, you will find all metrics that relate to your event sessions. Session Attendance: To download the attendance report for a particular session, click on the relevant checkbox in the popup window, and then click the Download button when you have selected it. You will only find information about your selected session in this report. You can view your event and session attendance metrics in the Attendees tab on the right side of the page. A lobby analytics module is also included in the package. There is an option to download CSV files near the bottom of the page. Then, you can select the report(s) you wish to download: Event Lobby: This includes a comprehensive list of all metrics that are available from the Event Lobby. Event Attendance Details: This is the same Event Attendance Detail report you can download from the Overview tab of the event information page. There is an Expo tab in the event tab that includes all the event expo metrics and analytics. Towards the bottom of the page you can click Download CSV. Then you can choose the report(s) you want to download from the list: Event Expo: All metrics related to the Event Expo are included in this report. Expo Attendance by Sponsor: This is a report that includes reports on an expo’s sponsored booth performance, information on registrants, and information about registrants’ attendance (or absence) at the event. A sponsor can keep track of how many Views they have received from attendees and how many Chat messages they have received. You can also download a CSV file of all metrics provided by the Event Sponsors by clicking the Download CSV button below the sponsor information. It is possible to find the results of the survey that was conducted for your event under the Survey & Polls tab. If you click the Export button to the right of the number of surveys, you will be able to export the data. There will be a CSV file downloaded that contains the survey reports for your survey.
