Factory reset your Cisco Headset 730 in webex

Will your headset be used by a new user? Is there an issue that needs to be resolved? Cisco Headset 730 settings can be restored to factory defaults. By resetting the headset to its factory default settings, you are able to clear any Bluetooth connections you have saved and reset all headset settings to themselves.

In order to restore the Cisco Headset 730 to its default factory settings, you may need to reset it. It is possible to reset all Bluetooth settings and all Bluetooth connection information to their default settings by performing a factory reset.

If you perform a factory reset of the headset, you will need to reconnect the headset to the USB HD Adapter after it has been reset.

In the same time, hold down the Bluetooth switch for 4 seconds while simultaneously holding the Power/Bluetooth switch up.
