Find Information About Your Multiplatform Phones (MPP) Phone in webex
If your administrator wants to know more about your phone, they may ask you. The phone can be identified uniquely based on this information when troubleshooting.
The following actions can be taken:

Desk phones—Applications for the press.

Conference phone—Click on Settings.
On the Status menu, click Product Information.
Make sure the information on your phone is correct
Product name—A Cisco IP phone’s model number.
Serial number—An IP phone’s serial number.
MAC address—The IP phone’s hardware address.
Software version—Firmware version number for Cisco IP Phones.
Hardware version—Hardware version number for Cisco IP Phones.
Certificate—ITSP client certificate status, used to authenticate Cisco IP Phones on its network. In this field, the phone indicates whether the client certificate is installed correctly.
Customization—RC units display this field if they have been customized. An RC unit that is pending provisioning is identified as pending. The Customization state will be acquired if the customized profile has already been retrieved.
The following actions can be taken:

7800, 7832, 6800, 8832 —Press Back.
