Find your Webex Meetings version number

If you know the version number of Webex that you are using, it will be easier for you to find the information you need regarding the features and functions of Webex that are accessible to you.

From your Webex site:

Select Download > Version information .

• What you see when you visit the online pages of your Webex site is what is referred to as the Page version.
• The content that you see in your meetings is reflected in the Desktop app edition.
• Customers who opt to remain bound to a particular desktop app version will nevertheless see upgrades made to the pages of their Webex sites whenever new product versions are made available.

During a meeting, session, or event:

Select Help > About Cisco Webex Meetings .

What you see in your meetings is represented by the Version (also known as the Client version), which is identical to the version of the Desktop software.
