Finding crash logs on macOS in Zoom App

  1. In order to further troubleshoot a particular issue, Zoom Support may need your Mac crash logs.
    1. On your desktop, find and click on the Spotlight search icon,
    2. enter Console, and then click on the search icon.
    3. Click on User Diagnostic Reports and find the latest zoom.us report.
    4. Upload the crash report to Dropbox/Google Drive and include a link in your support ticket.
