To troubleshoot a particular issue, Zoom Support may need to get install logs from your Mac computer. Technical Support may require you to submit the installation log if you encounter an installation issue.
- On your desktop, locate and click the Spotlight search icon.
- Type Console into the search box.
- When you scroll down to the bottom of */Library/Logs, you will find zoomusinstall.log.
- Please copy and paste the text from the install log into your support ticket.
