Fixing an incorrectly displayed user license in zoom app
The account owner or admin of an account can fix a license problem if it is displayed incorrectly on Zoom’s web portal without having Zoom support perform an account sync with the user.

How to fix an incorrectly displayed user license
When you un-assign and re-assign the desired license to the user, you will be able to refresh the license information for the user.
For example: It is possible to correct the problem if a licensed user is appearing as a basic user by using this process.

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by signing in.

After clicking on User Management, you will be able to select Users from the list.

In the Type column of the user list, locate the user with the incorrect license displayed. Right click on the user that you would like to edit and select Edit.

Select the Basic license for the user on the Edit User page, and then click Save to save the settings.

To edit the user once again, click on the Edit button next to the user’s name. Reassign the correct license when you are on the Edit User page and click on the Save button.

It is recommended that you sign out and then sign back into the Zoom web portal.

After clicking User management, you will be able to choose Users from the list. The Type column should be checked to see if the licenses of the users are displayed correctly in this column.
