Forward Your Analog Phone Calls to Another Number – Webex
You have the option of forwarding your calls to a different phone number if you are going to be absent from your workplace but do not want to miss an important call.
1 Pick one of the following available choices:
- Turn on Call Forward by going to the Cisco Webex Settings and selecting the Call Settings menu item. You can either select the type of number and then input the number, or you can use the check box to automatically route calls to your voicemail.
- To redirect calls from your analog phone to a different number, dial #72, then input that number before pressing the # key again.
Call forwarding has begun, as shown by an audible signal on your device.
2 To stop the forwarding of calls, select one of the following options:
- Turn off Call Forward by going into the Cisco Webex Settings and selecting Call Settings.
- When using your analog phone, dial the number 73.
You are provided with an audible signal that the call forwarding service has been disabled.
