Forward your executive assistant calls in the calling user portal in webex
Your responsibility as an executive assistant includes making, answering, intercepting and routing calls on behalf of your executive to the proper channels. In the Calling User Portal, you can set the phone number for your calls to be forwarded to another destination where you can receive them.
Before you begin
-
First and foremost, your administrator must enable the executive assistant service in Control Hub before the service can be used.
-
Using the calling user portal, once the executive has enabled your account, you will need to be assigned to their assistant pool by the executive.
- Select the Webex Calling feature under the settings section at https://settings.webex.com.
- Go to the Call Settings menu and select Additional Features from the user portal of the calling service.
- You can find the Executive Assistant by scrolling down.
- In the Set phone number field, you will be able to enter the number to which calls should be forwarded.
- Make sure that the Forward filtered calls box is checked.
