VoIP and Cisco IP Phones can be used with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cloud for Government (Unified CM) to provide cloud-based communications

Every time you access Control Hub, please make sure to use the following address: https://admin-usgov.webex.com. If you want to sign in quickly and securely, you should use the direct government link that you can find in the help section of Webex rather than the admin.webex.com link, which is usually seen in the address bar.
