Get Started with Webex Go
An additional service that may be added on to Webex Calling is known as Webex Go. Before being able to utilize the product, customers must either make a purchase of the SKU through the CCW or begin a trial through the Partner Hub. Please be aware that the Webex Go trial is offered to both already established and newly acquired Webex Calling clients.
You will need CCEP in order to add the trial licenses if you are a partner that is interested in testing out Webex Go. For assistance getting started, please get in touch with your Cisco account representative.
Start Webex Go Trial for an Existing Webex Calling Customer
1 To view customers, navigate to https://admin.webex.com/customers from the partner view.
2 Choose the customer who would want to begin their trial of Webex Go.
Customers in the United States and the United Kingdom are the only ones who can use Webex Go.
3 Click the plus sign that is located next to the word Trial under Subscriptions.
5 Fill out the needed information for the number of trial licenses and the length of the trial.
Start Webex Go Trial for a New Webex Calling Customer
1 Visit the Customers page at https://admin.webex.com using the partner view, and after that, hit the Start Trial button.
2 On the page labeled “Start New Trial,” the customer’s company name, administrator email address, and business vertical should be filled out. Choose the next-best alternative if you are unable to locate the specific business vertical that the company operates in.
Customers in the United States and the United Kingdom are the only ones who can use Webex Go.
3 Select a nation to use as the determining factor for the data residency region from the drop-down selection titled “Country.” Using this information, you may select the most suitable location in which to keep the data pertaining to your customers.
4 Please acknowledge that the consumer is currently located in a region where Webex services are available. When you are ready, press the Next button.
5 Select the Trial Services that you would want to use for the new customer trial, and then click the Save button.
At the time a trial is being created, the Webex Go option will be selected automatically, and the number of licenses will be the same as that of the parent Webex Calling license.
6 Select the Yes button on the Trial Added page if you want to set up the services for the client immediately; otherwise, select the No button to set up the services at a later time.
You have the option of activating Webex Go as part of the First Time Setup Wizard (FTSW), or you may delay the activation and finish it at a later time via the Control Hub.
7 To supply the services in the subscription, it is necessary to follow the Setup customer procedure.

2 Choose the customer whose trial has to be updated before continuing.
3 To make changes to the Trial, click the Edit button.
4 Choose to use Webex. Proceed to the Trial Services section.
5 Fill out the needed information for the number of trial licenses and the length of the trial.
Webex Go License Management
After the licenses, whether paid or trial, have been added to the account successfully, a summary of those licenses will be displayed under the heading License Summary for the Account.
