The Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980 is a wireless headset that pairs with Cisco soft clients and devices using Bluetooth ® communication. It was designed and manufactured by Bang & Olufsen. In order to make it suitable for usage in a noisy working environment, the headset comes equipped with robust noise cancellation and ambient audio enhancement technologies in addition to complete call control and the ability to play music.
The B&O Cisco 980 includes a Cisco Headset USB HD Adapter, which enables the headset to be used with electronic gadgets that do not provide a dependable Bluetooth option. The USB cord that comes with the headset may also be used to connect it to other devices. The USB cable may connect to any powered USB converter, allowing it to function as both a data line and a charging connection.
The B&O Cisco 980 boasts superior sound and call quality in addition to offering smooth connectivity with the Webex app, Cisco Jabber, and the Webex Desk Pro.

Description
Your Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980 can save up to eight different Bluetooth devices and maintain simultaneous connections with up to two devices at once.
The Cisco Headset USB HD Adapter allows for an easy plug-and-play, wireless experience. You can also use the adapter with devices that don’t have a reliable Bluetooth option.
Use the included USB cable for a wired audio connection. You can also charge your headset while it’s in use.
You can use the included 3.5 mm audio cable to connect to a non-wireless device or if your headset battery is low.
You can’t control music playback or answer calls through the 3.5 mm cable.

LED indicators
Two LEDs are located on the right ear cup of the B&O Cisco 980 headphones. The state of the headset can be seen on one of the LEDs, and the remaining battery life can be seen on the other.
Status indicator
The status LED may be found in the same space as the right slider and the Power button.

- No light—Headset off
- Solid Blue (5 seconds)—Bluetooth connected/disconnected
- Flashing Blue—Bluetooth pairing mode

Battery indicator (cable is connected)
The indication for the remaining battery life may be seen right next to the USB-C connector.
- Solid green—Headset is fully charged
- Flashing orange—Headset is charging
- Flashing red—Charging error

- Flashing red—Very low battery (less than 1% remaining)
