You can view your current plan, your billing history, and your invoices via the Billing page in Zoom. Payment and subscription information can also be updated here.

- Billing privileges are available to owners, admins, and custom roles
How to access billing management
- Log in to the Zoom website.
- Select Billing from the Account Management menu.
Below are the tabs:
Current Plans tab
If you select the Current Plans tab, you can view your current subscription type and upgrade to a more expensive plan.
If you have more than one plan for a Zoom product (such as Zoom Phone or Zoom Webinar), you can view all the plans for that product by clicking View Plans.
In order to upgrade your account from a Basic (Free) to a Pro (Paid) plan, click Upgrade Account.
You can edit the current plan if you already have one (you can change the billing period or the license quantity) or you can cancel it if you have already subscribed.
Interested in other available products? Section
If you are interested in other products that we have available, please scroll to the bottom. Please find below a listing of plans that you can purchase in addition to those you currently have. To add another version of your webinar or phone plan, click Add to Cart if you already have a webinar or phone plan. Under Current Plans you will find a list of existing plans, which can be changed by clicking Edit Current Plans above instead of adding the Add-on again under Available Add-ons.
Billing Information tab
You can update your payment information, such as your credit card number, PayPal account, or billing address, using the Billing Information tab.
Invoice History tab
Your past invoices can be viewed under the Invoice History tab.
