View headset inventory in Control Hub
Utilize information about your headset inventory in order to efficiently distribute headsets to your consumers. You will have the ability to examine and organize all of the individual headsets that are connected to the Webex App, Webex Meetings, and the Webex Desk Pro. On each headset page, the model and serial number of the headset, the most recent firmware version, the connection status, and the amount of time the headset has been connected are displayed.
You have the ability to organize your deployed headsets by to the model, state, or user.
You are given the option to check the device details whenever you select a headset from the Control Hub menu. The information that was displayed can be seen in the table that follows.

1 Beginning in the customer view of https://admin.webex.com/, navigate to the Devices menu option.
2 This step is optional: In the search bar, type Headset to limit the results to the headsets that are currently in your possession.
3 Select a headset from the available options in the inventory.
Generate a headset inventory report in Control Hub
A specialized report on the headsets in your stock can be generated as a comma-separated values (CSV) file.

Go to the Devices menu when you’re logged in as a customer at https://admin.webex.com/.
2 This step is optional: In the search bar, type headset to limit the results to the headsets that are currently in your possession.
3 Choose which headsets you want to include in the inventory report that you are creating.
4 Choose to export the file as a CSV.
5 Choose the device attributes you would like to include in the inventory report that you are creating.
6 Select the Export option.
Delete a headset from Control Hub
You have the ability to remove a specific headset from the Control Hub in the event that, for instance, a user has left your company and the headset is no longer needed.
1 Go to the Devices menu when you’re logged in as a customer at https://admin.webex.com.
2 Select the headphone from the inventory that you wish to take out of the game.
3 Confirm your selection in the pop-up window that appears after clicking the Delete button.
Delete a group of headsets from Control Hub
If there is a particular set of headphones that won’t be used, you can remove them from the Control Hub.
1 You can delete any headsets you no longer need by navigating to the Devices section of the customer view on https://admin.webex.com and selecting them there.
2 Confirm the operation in the popup box that appears after clicking the Delete Devices button.
