Hold Calls with Your Cisco Headset 500 Series in webex
With the Cisco Headset 500 Series call controls, you will easily be able to make, receive, hold, end, and answer multiple calls.
520 and 530 Series
Place a Call on Hold and Resume a Held Call
- Use the inline controller to press the Call button.
- To resume the call, you will need to select it from the list.
- This is a press conference call.

End a Call and Resume a Held Call
- You will hear a tone if you hold the call.
