To enable the users to access the virtual background facility, they should perform the following steps:
Step1. At first, you have to sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin where you can have the approval for account settings editing.
Step 2. Then go down to the navigation menu and from there click on the account settings.
Step 3. Then under the meeting section, you have to drive to the virtual background feature. You have to check whether the section is enabled or not.
Step 4. If you want then you can make the feature compulsory for all users of the zoom account. In that case, tap on the lock option and confirm the setting.
Step 5. Verify the required users to always use the virtual background option and after that to confirm the change tap on save.

To enable all the members of the group to access the virtual background facility, they should perform the following steps:
Step 1. . At first, you have to sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin where you can have the approval for editing the user groups.
Step 2. Visit the navigation menu and then tap user management from the group management.
Step 3. Then you have to tap on the group after that select the meeting tab for permitting the settings.
Step 4. Go to the Meeting tab and then visit the virtual background section. In that option check whether the setting is enabled or not.
- In this case, the setting is disabled by the tap on the toggle to enable it. A verification box can display on the screen, where you have to enable it.
- The setting can also seem grayed out if it got licked at the account level. Therefore, further changes can be made at the account level only.
Step 5. If you want then you can make the feature compulsory for all users of the zoom account. In that case, tap on the lock option and confirm the setting.
Step 6. Verify the required users to always use the virtual background option and after that to confirm the change tap on save.
Therefore, setting virtual background can only be set at operating system windows, Mac’,s and Linux having version 5.6.6 or more.
