Step 2. Visit the navigation menu and then tap user management from the group management.
Step 3. Then you have to tap on the group after that select the meeting tab for permitting the settings.
Step 4. Go to the Meeting tab and then visit the virtual background section. In that option check whether the setting is enabled or not.
Remember:
- In this case, the setting is disabled by the tap on the toggle to enable it. A verification box can display on the screen, where you have to enable it.
- The setting can also seem grayed out if it got licked at the account level. Therefore, further changes can be made at the account level only.
