How Do I Access Additional Information on NBR APIs?

Note: There is no need for traditional APIs to be enabled on the site for the NBR APIs to be enabled automatically when NBR is enabled.

Solution:

NBR APIs, which are separate from Meeting APIs, provide users with access to information that is not available through Cisco Webex Web Conferencing’s XML API Reference Guide, which is part of Cisco Webex Developer Resources. With the use of the NBR APIs, users will be able to retrieve all the metadata associated with a recording (e.g., Chat, Q&A, Polling, Participant information, etc.) as well as all the information associated with a recording. As a result of the APIs, the user is also able to download saved files in a very easy and convenient manner. The XML APIs do not currently support either of these capabilities, so it is not possible to implement them.
