How do I allocate subscriptions to members in my Skype Manager™?
As a member, you can allocate subscriptions to members and cancel subscriptions using the instructions in this FAQ.
In order to allocate a new subscription or to make changes to an existing subscription that is assigned to a member, please follow these steps:
- The Skype Manager can be accessed by signing in.
- You can access the Skype Manager Dashboard by clicking on Features.
- From the menu, select Subscriptions so that you can manage your subscriptions.
- To allocate subscriptions to each member, check the box next to their name on the list.
- This member will be assigned a subscription when you click the Allocate a subscription button.
- Click Continue when you have entered the country name and have selected the subscription you want to subscribe to, and then you can call it.
With Unlimited World or Unlimited Europe (if available), you can make unlimited calls to countries around the world. - Click on the Buy Now button when you have selected the subscription period you would like.
There will be a few minutes before the subscriptions become available, and the charge for the subscriptions will be deducted from your Skype Credit balance in the meantime.
In addition, you can also make sure that your Skype Manager members are able to access other subscriptions once you’ve completed the purchase process.
It is important to note that there is a fair use policy in place.
Subscriptions that need to be cancelled
In order to cancel a subscription for a member, follow these steps:
- You will need to sign into Skype Manager in order to do this.
- You can access the Skype Manager Dashboard by clicking on Features.
- From the menu, you will be able to select Subscriptions.
- If you would like to cancel the subscriptions for each member on your list, please check the box next to their name.
- Click on the Cancel subscription link at the bottom of the member list to confirm you want to cancel your membership.
As you know, the subscriptions and all the benefits you receive with them will expire on the dates specified for each subscription. There will be no further costs associated with this.
