Your Webex site and the service provider you use both have an impact on the contact information you need to access customer assistance for your Webex service.
Webex Meetings, Training, Events, and Support
To contact support for your Webex site or service:
- Navigate to the portal you use for Webex. (example: SITENAME.webex.com)
- Select Support from the menu on the left:
