How Do I Edit a Scheduled Meeting?
You can make changes to meetings that you have already scheduled.

To edit a meeting scheduled on the website:
1 Please log in to your Webex account. (Here’s an illustration: SITENAME.webex.com)
2 Select Calendar tab.
3 Choose My meetings from the list of drop-down options, and after that, select the meeting whose topic link you would want to alter by clicking on it.
4 Click on Edit.
Note : It is only possible to make changes to meetings that have been planned using Microsoft Outlook, the Webex App, or any other platform by using that specific platform. During certain types of meetings, the edit button will not be accessible.
6 Bring about the desired alterations to the gathering.
Note: If you would like to invite more people to the meeting, please append the new attendees to the list that is already present. If you remove the original participants from the list, it is possible that they will be sent alerts that the meeting has been canceled.
5 Choose to save it.
Note :
After you have added any new attendees or made any other modifications, you will be prompted to choose to whom you would like to email the revised information when you click the save button.
Note :
- If a meeting is already in session, you won’t be able to make any changes to it.
- After the revisions are finished being saved, an updated meeting invitation will be emailed to each of the invitees.
- The procedures outlined in this page are applicable to gatherings that are scheduled via the website.
- It is not possible to make changes to Webex meetings that have been planned in Outlook.
