How Do I Enable Cloud Connected Audio (CCA) to Store 5 Digit Internal Phone Numbers in Webex
Site Administration
Site Administrators only
Through the Site Administration Portal, you can enable internal call-back teleconferencing for Cloud Connected Audio (CCA) if you have the following:
All Hosts – Site-Wide
1 Please ensure that you are logged into the administration area of your Webex site. (Here’s an illustration: SITENAME.Webex.com/admin.php)
2 imply select the Configuration option.
3 Choose Common Site Settings > Options from the menu.
4 To enable internal call-back teleconferencing, go to the Site Options section and tick the box labeled “Enable internal call-back teleconferencing”:
5 Enter a name to be displayed in the meeting audio dialog in the field labeled “Internal Call-back option.” This name will be presented in the meeting audio dialog.
6 Once you have reached the bottom of the page, click the Update button.
- Please ensure that you are logged in to the Webex Site Administration page. (Example: https://SITENAME.Webex.com/admin.php)
- Click Edit User.
- Choose either User Management or Users from the menu on the left.
- Find the user you’re looking for, then click on their name to access the account settings for that person.
- In the phone field of the Contact Information section, click on the drop-down menu labeled Country/Region, and then select None from the menu that appears.
- Enter the five-digit internal phone number for CCA in the field labeled Number (including area code and city name).
- To update your information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button.
Control Hub
All Hosts – Site-Wide
1 Launch your browser and navigate to the Control Hub Administration Portal located at admin.webex.com.
2 Proceed to Meeting after selecting Services from the menu.
3 After selecting the site that will get the modifications, select the Configure site option from the pop-up menu that appears to the right.
4 Launch the Site Options section, which may be found beneath Common Settings.
5 To enable internal call-back teleconferencing, scroll down and check the box labeled “Enable internal call-back teleconferencing”:
6 Enter a name to be displayed in the meeting audio dialog in the field labeled “Internal Call-back option.” This name will be presented in the meeting audio dialog.
7 To update your information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button.
Individual Host Accounts
- Launch your browser and navigate to the Control Hub Administration Portal located at admin.webex.com.
- Navigate to Users under Management.
- Choose the user account that requires the adjustments that you need to make.
- Open the Meeting section by clicking on the pop-up menu on the right, and then choose the location after that.
- Launch the Advanced User Settings and Tracking Codes hyperlink in your web browser.
- In the phone field of the Contact Information section, click on the drop-down menu labeled Country/Region, and then select None from the menu that appears.
- Enter the five-digit internal phone number for CCA in the field labeled Number (including area code and city name).
- To update your information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button.
