How Do I Enable Partner Delegated Authentication in Cisco Webex Control Hub?
When using Cisco Webex Control Hub, how can I enable Partner Delegated Authentication?
The Cisco Webex Control Hub allows partners to delegate authentication to the customer, but how do I do that?
The Cisco Webex Control Hub doesn’t allow delegated authentication for partners. How can I enable it?
To enable Partner Delegated Authentication in Cisco Webex Control Hub:

Become a Partner Administrator by logging onto Cisco Webex Control Hub. Webex Admin (http://admin.webex.com)

Click Customer on the left side of the screen.

Click Trial under the Meeting column on the Customers page when you have found the desired customer.

Select View Customer from the customer panel that opens.
Customer admins will be logged into Cisco Webex Control Hub.

You can access Webex from the left panel by clicking Services > Webex.
A page called ‘Webex Sites’ appears.

Click the gear wheel icon under Actions under the Webex site you wish to access.
A page called ‘Configure Webex’ appears.

The Partner Delegated Authentication setting can be found under Common Settings.

Upload a certificate or view details about a certificate currently uploaded on the Partner Delegated Authentication page.

Any changes you make will be saved when you click Update.
