How do I organize members of my Skype Manage into a list?

Adding members to a list
Adding a new member to a list is as easy as following these steps:

You can view the All members page by clicking the Members link on your Skype Manager Dashboard.

Select each member that you wish to be added to your list by checking the box next to their names. The option to add a member to a list is automatically displayed when you select a member from the list of members.

The drop-down list that allows you to move selected members to a list is located in the Move selected members to a list drop-down menu.
The drop-down menu will allow you to select Not in a list if you do not want a member to belong to any lists.
