How do I receive SMS text messages in Skype?

In case you own a Skype account, you will be able to have a Skype Number and receive SMS text messages through it. Currently, most SMS messages can only be received by Skype numbers that are registered in the United States. On Android 4.0.4 – 5.1, Skype does not support two-way SMS text messaging for users.
