Solution:
You will become familiar with the install locations that Webex uses if you want to manually uninstall the Temporary File Solution (TFS) client. As long as the TFS client is permitted to install normally, the location of the TFS will not change.
To manually uninstall the TFS client:
- Simply go to the Start menu, select Run, then put CMD into the box and hit the enter key or the OK button.
- At the prompt for entering commands, input the following text exactly as it appears, then press the enter key:attrib -s -h C: at the command promptDOCUME~1\%USERNAME%\LOCALS~1\TEMPOR~1
- You can either minimize or close the Command window, and then use Windows to browse to:C:Documents and SettingsUSERPROFILE> is where your profile is located.The “Local Settings”Internet temporary files and folders
- If any of the following files are found on your computer, delete them all:
