Update – Extending Support for Windows 7
In our September 2020 (40.9) update, we announced that the Windows 7 operating system would no longer be supported after September 2020. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge will now continue to support Windows 7 until June 2021 so that users can continue to use these browsers. There will be a continuous stream of bug fixes and updates for Windows 7 as long as Cisco is able to provide them.
Your Windows-based PC can be removed from the Webex meeting system by performing the following steps:
- There are a few things you can do:
On Windows 7: Click on Start > Control Panel and then click on the System tab.
On Windows 10: On the taskbar, you will find a Search field where you have to type Control Panel. Press enter when you finish typing.

- The easiest way to remove Webex software is to right-click on it, then choose Uninstall.
