How do I view reports in Skype Manager™?
There are a number of useful reports that can be generated in Skype Manager to assist you in tracking the usage of Skype by your company. In addition to the summary report, the allocations report, purchases report, and usage reporting are all available. In order to keep track of the Skype Credits which have been purchased, allocated, and used by your company, you can use these reports.
Reports can be viewed in Skype Manager by following the steps below:

The Skype Manager can be accessed by signing in.

On the Skype Manager Dashboard, click the Reports tab.

You can choose the type of report you would like to see from the menu:

Summary
It shows how Skype Credit was allocated in a particular month based on where it was used. -
Purchases
Displays the number of purchases you have made of Skype Credit during a given month, along with the amount purchased. -
Allocations
For a detailed report of the features that have been allocated to members during a given month, you can click Allocations, and then select Skype Credit, Subscriptions, or Skype Numbers in order to see where features have been allocated. -
Usage
Details of the usage activity by each member are shown in this report.
If this is the first time you are attempting to view a Usage report and you do not have access to my members’ reports, start by clicking I want to access my members’ reports, then click I want to access the reports.
Note: In Skype Manager reports, the call history for the last six months is included.Important: It is essential that members with a Skype account who are able to access their reports give you their consent. Depending on the jurisdiction in which you operate, you may have to comply with local laws governing data privacy as a result of accessing and monitoring the personal and traffic information of your members. There is a default setting for the reports to be for the current month. In the left menu of the screen, you will be able to select the month from the drop-down list, or you can click on Previous month or Next month to select the month for the current year.

Your report can be fine-tuned by using filters that allow you to narrow down the information. Using the drop-down list above the report, you will be able to select the filter that you wish to apply.

From the menu on the left side of the screen, click on Download Reports in order to save the report.

Choose whether you want to download the report as a CSV file or a PDF file using the check box next to each report that you want to download, and then click on Generate to generate the file.
