How does a FedRAMP Customer Transfer a File Using Cisco DocExchange? Webex
How does a FedRAMP customer use Cisco DocExchange to send a file to another user?
Instructions for users of FedRAMP to follow in order to send personally identifiable information (PII) using Cisco DocExchange.
Cisco TAC teams that interact with FedRAMP customers are required to use Cisco’s DocExchange in order to transfer files. This is especially true for files that contain personally identifiable information (PII), as the Data Handling constraints imposed by FedRAMP’s Authorization To Operate (ATO) sponsor make the use of an alternative method impossible. It is not acceptable for FedRAMP files to be transferred using e-mail, Webex Teams, Cisco Case Tracking, Box, or any of the other aforementioned ways.
