How to Accept or decline an org invite as a guest in Microsoft Teams
The ability to collaborate with people outside your organization is one of the benefits of joining a company as a guest. In Teams, you have the option of accepting or declining an invitation to an organization.
Accept an org invite on your profile card
- Make sure that the profile picture you selected is the one you want.
- Once you have selected Accept invitation, you must accept it.
3. Select the Accept or Cancel button after reviewing the org permissions.
4. You will no longer be able to see Accept invitation beside the org after accepting the invite for the organization.

- Click on the picture you wish to use as your own profile picture.
- Then Manage account tab select.
- The next time that you receive an org invitation, select More options > Accept or Decline.
