How to Add co-organizers to a meeting in Microsoft Teams
You can add up to 10 co-organizers to your meeting once you’ve invited people to join it so they can assist you with the planning and execution of your meeting as soon as you’ve invited people to the meeting. A co-organizer appears as an additional organizer in the list of meeting participants and has most of the same capabilities as the meeting organizer when it comes to managing the meeting.
