How to Add content and notes in Team using Desktop
Files and folders can be uploaded directly to your Team Channels or you can create new files by creating new channels in the Files tab.
Upload a file or folder:
From the Files menu at the top of the app, select the file or folder that you would like to upload, and then upload it from there. Once you have selected the right file or folder, you are now in a channel.
Create a new file:
You can create a document, a folder, an Excel workbook, a PowerPoint presentation, a OneNote notebook, a Forms for Excel and a PowerPoint presentation while in a channel by selecting New at the top of the app.
