How To Breakout Sessions In Webex Devices
In order to place participants in smaller groups during meetings, hosts can organize breakout sessions to allow them to work together and share ideas with each other. Your Webex Board, Room or Desk device can be used to join breakout sessions for a meeting you are participating in if the host has set these up in advance.
From the Webex Meetings client, hosts and cohosts can create, manage, and lead breakout sessions from a browser-based interface. Here is some information that might be helpful if you are a host, so that you may be able to create breakout sessions, assign participants, and start the sessions. On a Webex device, if a participant has been assigned to join a breakout session, the participant will receive a notification when the session has been scheduled, and the participant can join the breakout session to share content and collaborate with a smaller group.
