In Account Management, you can change your subscription to a different plan at any time. As long as the billing cycle is not over, you can continue using your current plan.
Before you begin
Subscription plans can only be modified by the billing administrator.
- Select the Users tab on the Account Management page.
- Select your new plan from the list of options that will appear once you click Edit licenses.
- Click Continue when you have reviewed your new monthly charges.
- On the checkout page, verify your billing information and click the Confirm button to complete the order.
It may take up to five minutes for changes to your subscription to be reflected in your account after you have made them.
