How to Create a Webinar Template

Overview:

You can save the settings for a meeting after it has been scheduled so that they can be used as a template for scheduling future meetings. The template includes options such as enabling join before the host, automatic recording, and language interpretation, among other features. When creating a template for recurring meetings, you have the option of including the recurrence schedule as part of the document.

The meeting time and date, as well as alternate host settings, are not saved in meeting templates.

Note: A meeting template is created when a meeting with similar settings is saved and can be used to create other meetings with the same settings. The number of saved meeting templates can reach as many as forty.

Creating a meeting template :

It takes time and effort to build a meeting template. First, you must arrange and save a meeting with the settings that are required, and then you can save that meeting as a template. To build a meeting template, follow these steps:

  • Access the Zoom website by entering your login information there.
  • Meetings can be accessed from the navigation panel.
  • Make a meeting appointment by clicking Set Up an Appointment.

  2. A meeting template cannot be created using your Meeting ID (PMI). During the creation of meeting templates, only randomly generated meeting IDs are used.

  • Save your work.
  • At the bottom of the page, click Save as Template.
  • Name your template, and then click Save as Template to save it to your computer.

Meeting templates can be viewed and deleted from the Meeting Templates page if you have previously saved one or more. Meeting templates can be saved in a maximum of 40 different ways.
