How to create an Approvals from chat in Microsoft Teams

From a Teams chat, you can create an approval by following these steps:
- If you are using Microsoft Teams, make sure that Approvals has been installed.
- You can choose Approvals from the list of apps that will appear when you click on (…) More options in the chat window of the software.
- If necessary, attach the request as an attachment, indicating its name, the name of the person who needs to approve the request, and any other information that may be relevant to the request.
- Depending on how many approvers you have, you may choose to have all of them approve the request if you prefer.
- Click the Send button to send the message. This request can be viewed in both the chat room, as well as the Approvals hub in the Approvals application.
Note:
A Teams chat can only be used for adding approvers to an approval if they are already a part of the chat when you create this approval.
