How to discover templates in approvals in Microsoft Teams

In Approvals, you can create approval requests and share them with your team members by using templates. Microsoft Teams can be used to design templates such as discount requests or expense reports, and pre-filled data can be used to customize them.
It is important that you know the following information if you are a team owner or administrator:
Manage templates
In the Approvals hub, you have the option of creating templates. The best way to customize any template is to select Manage templates > New templates.
Scope
Admins, you have the option of selecting from the following three options depending on what suits your needs the best: Organizer wide, Individuals, and Team wide. A team owner has the ability to create new templates for the team he or she owns only if the team owner is inside that team.
Basic settings
You will be able to select an icon for each template, along with a description, category, and a name for it.
Form design
You can include details here about your user’s form that will appear when they fill out the form when it is completed by them.
Workflow settings
It is possible to select who is responsible for approving the request and how they should respond to it.
Important: In order to ensure that your team has access to the original template when using a template for a request for approval, make sure to keep the original on the Forms site.
