You can change the layout of your calendar so that it fits the way you work, and you can quickly jump forward or backward through the events on your calendar.
Change the calendar view
Your work week will be displayed by default.
In the top right corner of your calendar, click the down arrow next to Work week.
Using Day, you can see your agenda for a particular day.
Monday through Friday is what you see on the work week.
A week’s worth of information is displayed by Week.
View different dates
You can find the month and year in the upper left corner.
Choose a month to view a calendar for any date in the past or future.
Select right and left arrows beside the month if you want to scroll by day or week (depending on what calendar view you are using).
The current date can be accessed by selecting Today.
Note: All the schedules in Teams, Exchange, and Outlook are visible on the calendar.
Click the + Tab once you’re inside a Teams Channel.
Choose Channel Calendar App from the search bar within the app.
Add the tab by giving it a name and clicking Add.
As a result, your channel will display an events calendar for that specific channel as a tab.
Can everyone see my calendar in teams?
Every member of the team has access to the shared calendar in Microsoft Teams, except guests. The channel calendar can be created by any team member, and it will automatically appear to others.
