It’s easy to mark a message as saved or unread if you want to read it later.
To save or mark the message as unread, go to More Options > Save or Mark this message as unread.
In Teams, you can choose your profile picture in the upper-right corner to see a list of your saved messages, and from there choose Saved.

Messages in a channel can be restored to their unread, bolded state by tapping More options and selecting Mark as unread. Select Save this message or Mark as unread from chat messages by pressing and holding on them.
Android
Tap More options and select Mark as unread to restore an unread, bolded message. Select Save this message or Mark as unread from chat messages by pressing and holding the message.
