How to Moderate a Q&A in Microsoft Teams
Before the event
The Q&A can be started by attendees even before the event starts, even if the event has not yet begun. Moderators can only view these questions once they have been published to the event by a moderator.

- Select Show Q&A in the meeting controls to open the Q&A pane.
You can accept questions by clicking the toggle in the Q&A pane.
- By selecting the toggle, attendees will not be able to enter questions. Closed will appear on the toggle.
