Here are some details you need to know about your Teams live event before going live. A producer’s screen consists of three areas. Right side shows what’s live. In the left panel, you’ll find your queue, and in the bottom tray you’ll find all of your shared content. The bottom tray should be highlighted
- Choose the live event on the Calendar, and then click Join.
Note: Only organizers and those assigned this role can join as producers.
- Select Share in the menu and then enter the URL of the content you wish to share. This will share your desktop or a window.
- If you want to preview your content in your queue (on the left) before sending it to live (on the right), you can select what content you want your audience to see at the bottom of the screen.
- A feed can be moved from the preview queue to the live queue by selecting Send live from the preview queue.
- In order to begin broadcasting, select the Start button.
