How to Queue View In Bookings in Microsoft Teams
The Bookings Queue in Microsoft Teams allows you to manage up to 100 staff members’ bookings in a single place, and to communicate with them in real time.
Try it!
- Select Bookings > Queues from the drop-down menu in Teams.
- Choose either a date or a calendar to search for events.
- Select either Appointment Status or staff members to filter the appointments.
- Keep track of the duration and attendee status of appointments, and join appointments.
- Email reminders can be sent to members of the assigned staff or to attendees.
- You have the option of sending SMS message reminders if you live in the United States or Canada.
- Upon sending the reminder, you will receive confirmation that it was sent, as well as a copy of the reminder.
Note:
In the current version of the Bookings app, you are able to add up to 100 staff members to a single booking calendar. This limit may not be enforced if you have used Graph APIs to create the booking calendar for your staff and add them to it. For calendars with more than 100 employees, in this scenario, the Queue tab won’t be able to display content since it will be unable to render the content. A booking calendar should not contain more than 100 staff members in order to ensure an optimal experience for everyone. This limitation will be addressed in future releases as we work on resolving it.
