How to restore the original sample data in the virtual background in Zoom

When you try to use a virtual background with Zoom, it usually contains 3 samples of data.

Two videos are included depending on the performance of the computer.

 

If you have deleted these photos and video sample data, you can restore them.

 

Now you can see hidden folders and files.

C drive

user

user name (depending on each user)

AppData (this is a hidden folder)

Roaming

Zoom

data

VirtualBkgnd_Default (for photos)
VirtualBkgnd_Video (for videos)

In the case of photos, the three below VirtualBkgnd_Default are the images included as samples.

Delete these three files and restart Zoom.

In the case of a movie, the two below VirtualBkgnd_Video  are sample images.

Delete these two files and restart Zoom.

Mac

When you open the finder,
command + shift +. (Command + shift + period)

Now you can see hidden folders and files.

Macintosh HD

User

Username (depends on each user)

Library (This is a hidden folder)

Application Support

zoom.us

data
