You should use a channel of communication if you need to communicate by email to everyone on your team.
Get and copy a channel’s email
- Then select Get email address from the More options menu.
- Click on Copy.
- The copied email address should be pasted into a new email.
- Click the Send button.
Forward an email to a channel
- Click on the email you wish to forward and open it.
- The copied email address should be pasted into the To line of the email you are sending.
- Click on the Send button to send the message.

Getting the address
Whenever you want to get an email address for a Channel, click the ellipsis to the right of its name. Your request may take a few seconds to generate if this is your first time requesting the address. An email address and the Channel’s name appear in a Get email address window shortly afterward.
