How to Send Praise to people in Microsoft Teams

When people are recognized for their efforts, they are happier and more productive. Praise is the perfect way to acknowledge your employees and coworkers for their hard work. The message can be delivered in a chat or, if you wish to gain wider recognition, it can be delivered in a channel conversation. Take advantage of the good vibes that surround you.
- Select Praise from the list of Messaging extensions to find it at the bottom of the space where you are writing your new message or reply.
- By default, badges are set to Awesome. Using the Badge dropdown menu, you can select a different badge to accompany your praise message.
- You can add a description of up to 500 characters for the people you want to praise.
- (Options) Click Preview.
- Select Send when it’s ready.
Praise can be branded in many ways.
Mobile
- Select Praise from the More options menu below the compose box.
- Choose one of the badges.
- You can then add a note to the recipient(s) by tapping the note area.
- Click the next button.
- Select Send when it’s ready.

Can others see praise in teams?
As a guest member of a team, guest members of the team are able to view the praise app. However, the app does not allow them to use the app to send praise to other team members since it fails to fetch the list of team members to send praise to.
Are praise Teams private?

How do you view praise history in a team?
In the detailed view of the badge, you can select Go to message to view the original praise. The Praise section of your Teams channel posts also allows you to view your praise history.
