How to set up a Delegate to take your Calls in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams allows you to delegate your calls to a colleague.
- Choose a profile photo.
- Manage delegates can be found under Settings > General.
- Enter the name of the person in Your delegates.
- Once you have chosen the permissions to give them, click Add.Delegates are notified when their status changes.
- Make sure all your delegates receive your calls by selecting Forward my calls > My delegates under Calls.
