How to show Powerpoint Slides in Microsoft Teams

Using Microsoft Teams, you can present your PowerPoint slides straight from your Microsoft Teams meeting if you have to present in an online meeting.
If you’re a presenter
- Choose Share content.
- Choose a PowerPoint presentation.
- View the presentation as a presenter:
- Current slide: Slide you are currently on is displayed.
- Slide notes: Your presentation notes should be shown.
- Thumbnail strip: You can move to a specific slide by selecting a thumbnail.
Note: You can view all slides or navigate anywhere in the presentation by selecting Go to slide or pressing G on your keyboard.
If you’re a meeting participant
- Using the arrow keys, you can move forward or backward without interrupting the presentation without interrupting the presenter.
Note: Participants can skip around during a presentation if the presenter shares a PowerPoint file from the PowerPoint category.
